As agents, we match the specific distribution needs of our customers in the US to the specific purchase needs of retailers abroad. As agents, not only do we have successful exclusive and non-exclusive distribution agreements, but also successful licensing contracts, distribution contracts to unique channels (ie catalog, TV shopping, etc.), and other customized distribution contracts.

3. Purchase Agency

As purchase agents, we assist in our customers purchases of products abroad. Currently we have 8 purchase agency agreements with apparel retailers in Japan, and assist their purchase of US apparel goods.

4. Consulting

Our consulting services include (1) brand management consulting, (2) international export management consulting, (3) overseas marketing and promotions, and (4) overseas exhibition coordination. These services are provided to our distribution clients (principal distribution and agent distribution). The services are targeted to maximize sales and brand value in Japan and other countries in Asia.

1. Principal Distribution

As Principal Distributor, we distribute products through agreed-upon distribution channels. Our distribution channels offered as principal distributor are as follows: small boutique retailers, large retailer group, individual select shops, large select shop groups, department stores and specialized whole-sellers.
